Dear Client,

I have been a Romanian lawyer for more than 6 years. Due to personal reasons, at the beginning of 2013, I have relocated to another country so I have also made a shift in my career, becoming a professional translator.

I have started to speak English about 20 years ago and French about 15 years ago. I have a Bachelor degree in Legal Studies, a Master degree in Business Law and a Certificate in Advanced English (CAE) provided by the University of Cambridge ESOL Examinations.

I have worked for multinational companies and in my activity I have translated  regulations, agreements, business documents & presentations, PoAs, Court decisions and almost everything in the business legal field.

I am also specialized in translations in the following fields: general, management, psychology - human resources, marketing, travel, tourism.

As a freelance translator, only in the last 6 months, I have translated around 180000 words from Frech to English and around 150000 words in English-Romanian-English pair. I have handled both small projects of 1-5 pages with deadline in the same day and large projects (my biggest was 68 pages in 5 days).

I consider myself inter personally active, imaginative and creative both in my life as in my work.  I’m a fast learner, a responsible, task oriented person, also ambitious and self confident.
